Care Pastor Pathway Training Overview

This training is designed to equip you with the knowledge, skills, and spiritual foundation needed to serve effectively within the Care Pastor ministry.

As a participant in the Care Pastor Pathway Training, you will:

• Be equipped through teaching and mentoring to prepare you for pastoral care responsibilities within the Evergreen community.
• Engage in spiritual growth, learning to embody the grace, love, and Spirit-empowered compassion that Jesus modeled for His disciples.
• Develop core pastoral care skills, including attentive listening, discerning needs with wisdom, maintaining healthy boundaries, avoiding the “fixer” mentality, and leading with humility and empathy.
• Practice real-life application 

This training pathway is designed not only to prepare you for ministry but to strengthen your faith, character, and ability to walk alongside others with Christ-centered care.
